Q. How will the products be delivered?
A. All products are delivered by our trusted delivery partners in safe and durable packaging. Whether you order a wash basin or a toilet seat, it will be home delivered to you in a timely manner.

Q. Will I get to track my order?
A. Absolutely! As soon as your order is dispatched, we will notify you that your order is on its way via SMS and email. We will also notify you on the day your order is out for delivery.

Q. When will my order be dispatched?
A. We strive to dispatch all order within 1 to 2 working days, but most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. We always try and dispatch all orders as soon as possible. We will notify you once your order is dispatched.

Q. There has been no update on the tracking details for my order since more than 24 hours. What should I do?
A. Since all orders are transported via road, sometimes it may take more than 24 to 48 hours to reach the next stop where it is scanned. Rest assured, once your order is dispatched, it is well on its way and you can see the expected delivery date on the tracking page itself. If we notice your order is being delayed, we automatically follow-up with our courier partners on our own, so you need not worry. Sit back and relax!

Q. What if I do not like the product?
A. We have a customer-friendly no-questions-asked 30-days return policy. All you need to do is write to us and request a return, and we will take care of everything else. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.
